City Council will vote on Isaac and Cranleyâs co-authored resolution on the subject Wednesday night.

In Cincinnati, Black people and women must comprise at least 25% of promotions to sergeant. If there are eight opens spots, two must be female or Black. If white men make up the top eight scores for a test, the seventh and eighth ranking officers will be passed over in favor of the top Black or female officers.
