While there are hundreds of races across the eight counties of Western New York, the ones gaining the most attention are the race for Erie County Executive, Niagara Falls Mayor and Lockport Mayor.
In Erie County, three term incumbent Mark Poloncarz is vying for a fourth term as County Executive. His challenger is GOP nominee Chrissy Casilio.
In the Cataract City, Mayor Robert Restaino is facing two challengers, Republican candidate Carl Cain and third party candidate Demetrius Nix.
