Michael David Gordon, 32, of Arcata, was convicted of DUI and refusal to submit to chemical test and was sentenced to three years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
High Well Lo, 25, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.
