This case, speed was not a factor and alcohol was not involved. The driver did stay scene after the crash. He told police those two girls just jumped out in front of his car and he didnt have enough time to stop. That driver a 24yearold male was given a ride home by police and the 18yearold framingham state student was taken to the hospital. Her friend was not hurt. Both families have been notified of what happened tonight. Although police couldnt say the extent of the girls injuries they say she was talking and alert when she was transported.
