The owner of miracle mattress issued an apology to all of the victims and families of 9 11 saying he was disgusted by the commercial made by his family member. He added this one act negates years of working with and making donations to the communitieses we serve. A dispute over an aggressive dog may be headed to court. A pit bull mix named buddy will be euthanized after an attack two other dogs in separate incidents. The dogs owner say buddy grabbed to their necks in unprovoked attacks. Buddys owner is appealing the citys decision to put the dog down saying he has never been aggressive to people. He just needs to be given that chance. Buddy remains under home containment until a magistrate hears the case massachusetts are trying to figure out what caused a large flock of birds to fall out of the sky and onto the street. 37 found sick 15 laters died. The office of Inspectional Services was out in the street this morning and told fox we they looking into possibilities of people feeding birds or pest control.
