Former President Donald Trump lived up to his promise to appoint judges favoring religious liberty, at least when the plaintiff is a Christian, according to a new study of voting records by circuit judges by three law professors.
A new study also found that judges appointed by the former president were more likely to vote for claims of religious freedom unless they came from Muslims.
In order for capital markets to function well, investors need accurate information about securities.
