Tonight. Smoke and flames billoing from the roof of a townhouse in laurel. Crews are trying to keep that fire from spreading. Chopper 4 has dramatic pictures. First in gaithersburg, new video from the scene of a Deadly Police involved shooting off lake katrine terrace where Jacquie Ben Senn is right now with details. Doreen, we know that two people a Montgomery County Police Officer and another person were found with gunshot injuries moments ago, we learned one of the people has been pronounced dead. Police wont say which one. Police were called to the home on lake katrine terrace just off woodfield road near the Montgomery Air park about 8 30 p. M. Its not clear at this point who made the 911 call. An unidentified woman in obvious Emotional Distress left the scene with detectives. What we have here on the scene is an officer involved shooting involving an offduty officer. The shooting occurred in the residence, and it appears to be a domestic in nature.
