Sioux Falls man gets 10 years in federal prison for child pornography By Todd Epp Jul 26, 2021 | 6:06 PM SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) A Sioux Falls man is sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for possession of child pornography. Eric Wallace Hedrick, 47, was sentenced Monday by Federal District Judge Karen E. Schreier. The judge enhanced his sentence because of a prior sexual offense conviction in 2006. Hedrick was turned over to the custody of the U.S. Marshal’s Service. Below is the news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office. – Acting United States Attorney Dennis R. Holmes announced that a Sioux  Falls, South Dakota, man convicted of Possession of Child Pornography was sentenced on July 26, 2021, by U.S. District Judge Karen E. Schreier.
