The first concrete claim President Trump made about how the election was theoretically being stolen from him came during remarks he made in the middle of the night after polls closed on Nov. 3. “This is a major fraud on our nation,” Trump claimed, after stating that he had won his reelection bid. “We want the law to be used in a proper manner. So we’ll be going to the U.S. Supreme Court. We want all voting to stop. We don’t want them to find any ballots at 4 o’clock in the morning and add them to the list, okay?”
