BAGLEY Former Clearwater County Sheriff s Deputy Neil Dolan, 33, was going to plead guilty Friday, April 23, to two more child sex charges. However, the judge said no to the plea agreement.
Dolan was the school resource officer at Bagley High School.
Investigators allege he had sex with two 15-year-old students, while in uniform, inside his office at the high school.
Dolan was looking at 55 years in prison.
The plea deal called for the former cop to serve at least 12 years in prison, and it would be served concurrently with the two-year prison sentence he is serving for sexually abusing another teenager at a Boy Scout camp in Becker County.
