Hes an egregious felon and long before accused of the random shooting in San Francisco, they say he was a seventime felon. They say four of those convictions were for narcotics. The other three were for illegal reentry after deportation and as you mentioned, he was deorbited five times in the past and a spokesperson said that his rap sheet is very long and dates back to 1991. And theyre saying that the department of Homeland Security data busses show that he was turned over to local authorities in San Francisco in march on an outstanding drug warrant. And so part of the statement was that dhs records indicate ice lodged an immigration retain or that subject at that time anything notification prior to his release to make arrangements to take custody. That taper was not honored. Detainer was not honored. That means they asked to be notified when he was released and that didnt happen. The San Francisco county Sheriffs Office did not let them know. Shooting. The victim Katherine Stanley was walking along the pier when she collapsed. And her father said that he didnt even know she had been shot. Beautiful family, thats the only solice ive got. Two or three guys were at the end of the pier and they rushed over. Ran over to help her. Reporter the Good Samaritans crouched by kates father in the white shirt who bent over his daughter.
