facing criminal charges for hacking into the email account of his wife and by the way he suspected her of cheating on him. we ll debate that in a moment. first, the continuing controversy over government efforts to kill radical muslim cleric anwar al awlaki. a u.s. citizen now hiding out in yemen. joining us now is it legal kimberly guilfoyle and arthur aidala. use the drones, kill this guy. is he responsible for plotting if not carrying out terrorist plots killing americans. right. directly involved with, of course, major hasan and the fort hood bombing. and the christmas day attempt, the bombing on the airlines as well. and so this is somebody that is on the list. is he a high valued target. and, in fact, they said he has specifically been put on the kill list. the executive branch has broad powers to be able to put a u.s. citizen, yes, on this list and do whatever means it needs to take whatever steps necessary to terminate the target. eric: go ahead, artie.
is better any time that it s soaked and they are all running around and can t get their footing. guess what? they don t whine and complain about it. the problem in this country is we have become a big nanny, cry baby state where we expect the government to do everything. oh my gosh, there is snow outside, you need to salt it, ice it, fix it oh my gosh. i can t find a job in over two years so give me a check for two years. name the last time the government bailed us out of anything and this is the same government now that we want to trust with our health care. that s the scary part. eric: you know what, leslie? we re here in new york, we hear the philly fans, boy, parten the expression bad ass fans and then the game gets cancelled on them. is philly a wussy city? i think it s ridiculous and these guys get paid so much and they have all this equipment. they smack each other constantly. so what if they can t see each other when they re smacking each other and bringing each other down
my wife then, had been in a prolonged relationship with her second husband. i m her third husband. she told me he had a history of abusing her. checking like phone records they were close, spoke a lot, communicated a lot. i was concerned that she not just moving back into the situation but bringing our daughter into it. so i just wanted to confirm that. i just used the password and got into her emails and immediately saw that that was actually happening. eric: the issue being, okay, i can see outsider breaking in, hacking in but a spouse? no slack for that. one little part also that wasn t mentioned here is that the ex-husband, who she was carrying on an affair with he is in prison or did some prison time for beating a child that she has with the first husband in front of her. beating her in front of the child. this is domestic violence issue. this guy, she also has custody of his daughter. so he is like, hey, i don t care about the law. i m going to go check on my daughter and mak
up for itself and actually make due. i mean, you have got snowplows now. my parents and grandparents didn t have that you have got things that will literally you can push along automated push the snow in neighbor s yard. they didn t have those around 35 years ago. guess what, no one complained then. you know what we don t have today which we did and this is very true. when i was a kid, my brothers used to go around shoveling snow for a few bucks or just to be nice to that old woman or man down the street. our kids aren t doing that today. seriously, you know that. leslie, here is what is happening. in new york we had 20 inches of snow. one of the worst in history. within a day. there are people saying hey, wait a minute, why isn t my street plowed? why can t i get my car out? why aren t all the buses and trains running? for goodness sakes. i mean, give them a break. man up, toughen up a little bit, america. don t shovel your own snow. yeah, but in new york, eric, and you know i l
hey, i want my street plowed especially when you see another plowed. even the mayor simself said it was not adequate response if your street wasn t plowed. you are proving my point, no matter how much tasks you pay government still flat suck out sucks doing the basic things. why do we give them more responsibility with things like health care that they can t plow the snow that we pay them so much for to do. i m not going to tie health care in with snowplows. eric: leslie, you have got to respond to, this the mayor of philadelphia, the democrat, why do democrats hate football so much? oh, the democrats don t hate football. you also had a democrat saying we are a nation of wusses. you are terrible. eric: leslie and ben, thank you very much for joining in a lot of fun. muslim cleric involved in yet another terror case. why can t the u.s. just take this guy out? and, can snooping through emails land you in jail in this guy right here is in a lot of trouble for doing just that. is
