At a brief virtual court hearing Wednesday, Superior Court Justice Sally Gomery asked lawyers for Grunt and its landlord, Angela Ienzi, to report to her next Monday “as to whether the issue of insurance has been resolved.”

On Dec. 13, Ienzi boarded up and changed the locks of Grunt without giving notice to owner Marie Brislinger and her husband, chef Jason McLelland. Ienzi has alleged Brislinger and McLelland, who leased her property in April 2018 and opened Grunt a year later, owe her about $38,000.
