. a few cars on the road, everything is looking good. 95 northbound in virginia. not seeing any problems from fredericksburg to the beltway. andy? thank you, chris. it is memorial day in the nation s capital and this morning, there are questions on why president obama isn t in town for the somber holiday. jessica doyle is following this memorial day story. she joins us live from arlington national cemetery. reporter: good morning, we are at arlington national cemetery. i want to show you the picture here, a picture perfect morning as the sun rises over washington. you can see part of the 60,000 graves, all bearing a flag, today as america gets ready to honor those who lost their lives in the line of duty. president obama will spend part of his memorial day at abraham lincoln cemetery, out of chicago. the move has become somewhat controversial with some critics saying the president should be the one who lays the wreath at arlington national cemetery. supporters of the
