LEWISTOWN –A Lewistown teen is facing criminal homicide charges related to the death of 20-year-old Travis Taylor.
Eric Joseph Wilson, 19, was arraigned Friday before Magisterial District Judge Jack Miller and denied bail due to the nature of the charges.
He is facing charges of criminal homicide, aggravated assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm in an occupied structure, felonies and simple assault and three counts of recklessly endangering another person, misdemeanors.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, about 12:30 a.m. Nov. 13, Lewistown Borough Police were dispatched to 31 Chestnut St., Lewistown, where Taylor, 20, had been shot on his head, above his right eye.
