Neighborhood. Weve been here the last few days and this is definitely a very different feel here at west north avenue and pennsylvania avenue. The first thing thats different is now traffic can actually get through this street. This is the street that was closed just yesterday. The cvs that was burned down is right down there on the corner. There are now police who have moved from blocking the street and to standing along the street here guarding the businesses here. Its just a very different kind of feeling. We also just learned that in the past hour Milton Garcia is scheduled to be arranged any time now. Milton garcias roommate told me he doesnt know milton very well. When i asked him if he knew about the crimes his roommate was charged with, he said he and his other roommates didnt know anything. He said they work at different restaurants on different schedules and just see each other in passing. We were able to talk to several of the members in the household.
