Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have discussed the military escalation in the Gaza Strip and its surroundings. In a telephone conversation with Erdogan Wednesday, the Crown Prince said the Kingdom is exerting relentless efforts for a halt of the current escalation. The Crown Prince reiterated the Kingdom’s position in rejecting the targeting of civilians in any form and the loss of innocent lives.
The alliance is expected to announce increased troop numbers in at its eastern borders, as well as more aid for Ukraine. Leaders from Asia and Oceania were also invited to address concerns about China's rising influence.
