The government of the U.S. Virgin Islands on Wednesday sued the two men handpicked by Jeffrey Epstein as co-executors of his vast estate, alleging that the convicted sex offenderâs longtime lawyer and accountant were âindispensable captainsâ of Epsteinâs alleged criminal enterprise who âprofited substantiallyâ from their relationship with him, according to an amended civil lawsuit filed in St. Thomas.
