Authorities Arrest Alleged Shooter in Death of Sioux Falls Teen
Authorities have apprehended another suspect involved in the death of a Sioux Falls teen in early December.
17-year-old Devon Moses Montileaux is now in custody. Dakota News Now is reporting that Montileaux was recently arrested in Pierre by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Minnehaha County Fugitive Task Force.
Montileaux is being charged with second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter in connection with his role in the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Ephraim Duolo Shulue.
According to Dakota News Now, Shulue was shot and killed on (December 9) during a drug deal that turned into an attempted armed robbery.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) Sioux Falls Police are looking for a 17-year-old boy connected with the homicide of a 16-year-old boy last week near North Cleveland Avenue.
Authorities are searching for Devin Montileaux.
Police say the incident likely occurred because of a marijuana deal gone bad or a robbery attempt.
A gunshot fatally wounded Ephraim Duolo Shulue. Autopsy results are pending.
Lt. Terrance Matia says at least ten shell casings were found for at least three different calibers of handguns.
Matia says they’re still having issues with people not volunteering information about the crime.
