As we can see, it is quieter than it has been but the Emergency Services still in evidence on The Streets, Hundreds Of Anti Immigration Protesters had earlier surrendered a hotel, the Holiday Inn express, some People lit a fire and smashed windows and doors and managed to get inside the building where Asylum Seekers have been staying. Police eventually surrounded the hotel. They were right control officers, they managed to push the crowds back, but as you can see from those pictures, there is still that presence and we are told that the scene remains tense in rotherham. This message has come through in the past few minutes from the office of Foreign minister david lammy. Ministers are calling For british nationals to leave, as tensions remain high in the Middle East following the assassinations of Hamas Leader in iran and a key commander in hezbollah. The Uk Government has called a british nationals in lebanon to leave now advising against all travel to lebanon and says british nationals still in the country should leave now while options remain available. This comes as the us embassy has also called For its citizens to leave lebanon on any ticket available. This has come through in the past few minutes.
