Over 300 submissions have been lodged with Tipperary County Council in relation to plans for a major solar farm in fields adjacent to the village of Dualla.
Two protests are being organised to originate in Nenagh, Co Tipperary in the coming days and weeks in response to the ongoing state of healthcare in north Tipperary and mid-western region.
