We have cold bursts of air that can come down with no problem and, you are surrounded by land, obviously too. You do have, ample opportunity for some pretty substantial temperature swings. Here locally, proximity to the ocean we are more temperate but still cold. Storm clan is nice and clear. Lets lot a feels like value. We are in the Single Digits factoring in that wind, reading not tercally crazy. That is why it is a more odd ball out there but it is still cold, factor in what the actual air temperature is, which is generally in the teens you will notice it feels substantially colder by comparison to this same time yesterday. Those from a seismic perspective, the just of replacing windows in building one, for example, will be a significant expense. So from a seismic preservation and also from an access perspective, building one has never had elevator access above the second floor. So well have to figure out how well get to the third and fourth floors with elevator access. As part of that, we would also include an assessment of what it would take to environmentally control some of those buildings, as theyre currently all steamheated to the extent theyre heated at all and naturally ventilated. This will require some Environmental Control as well as potentially some natural lighting control. So that will be one of the aspects going forward, given these Historic Buildings, because of their size, give us the ability to display the pieces as a collection. The other alternative would be to display one or more of them in separate locations or on a rotating basis, but thats going to be part of our evaluation for our
