5 Seconds of Summer have released a new live album, The Feeling of Falling Upwards - Live from The Royal Albert Hall. The live album drops digitally on April 14th, while physical formats of the album will be available on July 14th. The live album was recorded on stage at the historical London venue last year. According to vocalist and drummer Ashton Irwin, "'The Feeling of Falling Upwards' is simply supposed to describe to you the feeling that we have experienced together, the feeling of taking a leap of faith on such a fickle thing like music. Heavy metal legends Metallica have announced their first-ever marching band competition. All marching bands at the high school and collegiate level can take part in the competition this fall with the opportunity to win thousands of dollars in equipment by performing Metallica songs. "In a national challenge to marching bands in the United States, we're looking for the most exciting, unique, and impressive performances of some of our songs," Metallica said in its announcement. After a 2022 breakout, The Linda Lindas have returned with new single "Too Many Things," which marks the all-girl group's first music this year. Denying all allegations of sexual misconduct, Aerosmith's Steven Tyler has filed his response in Los Angeles County Superior Court, seeking dismissal of a lawsuit filed by Julia Misley in December last year. In her lawsuit, Julia accused the singer of sexual assault and battery dating back to the 1970's when she was a minor. She claimed that she was involved in a sexual relationship with Tyler for about three years and that the singer convinced her mother to grant him guardianship over her when she was 16. The lawsuit also referenced Tyler's memoirs, in which he recalled that he "almost took a teen bride" and described how her parents "signed a paper over for me to have custody, so I wouldn't get arrested if I took her out of state."
