as well. so interesting things happen at the bottom of those polls also heidi, we ll see joe biden and elizabeth warren. that is the first time where we re going to see someone who is as sharply focused as warren and tough as a debater againhat watch, andrea. what we ve seen is essentially sanders, but now that warren is on the same debate stage as biden, i do think that the gloves could come off, and especially as we look and we drill down into these polls in iowa, we see how well warren is starting to do, if she can knock him off or even come close in iowa, that is one of the number one ways that the other candidates can really destroy this veneer of electability and that joe biden is so far ahead from everyone else. we re already startling to see rumblings of that in the polling in terms of enthusiasm levels for warren, who has higher enthusiasm levels than biden. she s got very big crowds and
approval rating. he says some things that many people don t agree with. they are confrontational and that s the way it works for him. i ve campaigned on that the day i got in the race. my opponent won t even mention trump. all she does is make up all these lies and deceitful ads. that s all she s talking about. i m talking issues. reporter: i wish we had more time to talk about that. thank you for joining us. you can hear the danny squad is very excited. this is another close race, again, that we re going to be watching into the election. steve patterson, thanks for that. we want to head over to missouri where clare mark cccas is tied with josh hawley. morgan, the president we know will be there tomorrow. it doesn t allow early voting. tell us more about the enthusiasm levels there for tuesday.
and republicans have had a little lack of enthusiasm and, in fact, we have nine special elections and we spent a lot of time and money trying to turn out reluctant republicans. now republicans are excited. dana: talk to me about enthusiasm levels for democrats and how reliable you think younger voters are for democrats this year? i m encouraged not just by the turnout that we re seeing with millennials in special elections and in primaries across the country, but how we re doing well with women voters especially coming our way. it s really been encouraging. the reason there has not been excitement on the republican side as noted by steve stivers is republicans have had a failed agenda from the get go. dana: if i can interrupt you there. why do you think it s failing if the economy is doing well, we are relative peaceful times. i ll give you a chance to just say as a last word why you think the republicans are failing and why democrats message is winning? dana, in all of 2016
know what to do with it, perhaps. i hope. we have four terrific families. some have had difficulty. taxes are too high. frankly, their healthcare is terrible. healthcare plan is terrible. obama care. that will be next. we re a long way toward getting rid of that and getting something very good and much more affordable. very big problem. but for the taxes, they want to see tax cuts. they want to see jobs. we talk about choice. we want choice in jobs also so you can look for five jobs or six jobs not just take one because that s all you could get. that s happening more and more. we have companies moving back into our country. we re doing fantastic. the stock market hit another all time high. 81. i was saying 60 yesterday. it s 81 times since the election that we hit a record on the stock market. that s because of enthusiasm. enthusiasm levels for business and the copy the highest they ve
we ve had, the lowest unemployment in 17 years. the value of stocks has risen $5.5 trillion. and companies are moving into the united states. a lot of companies are moving. they re moving back. they want to be there. the enthusiasm levels are the highest ever recorded on the charts. so we re very happy than. and we think that bodes very well for your region because of the relationship that we have. we want our partners in the region to be strong, independent, and prosperous, in control of their own destinies, and satellites to no one. these are the principles behind our vision for a free and open indo-pacific. so, again, i wish you all the best of luck. it s an honor to be here. and rodrigo, thank you very much for the way you treated all of us. thank you. well, you ve been listening to the u.s. president, donald trump, speaking there just moments ago in the philippines capital at an asean summit, a
