In early July the Vallejo City council voted 7-0 to approve the plans and specifications for the active transportation program Bay Trail/Vine Trail Gap Closure Project and authorized City Manager Mike Malone to award a construction contract in the amount of $10,497,660.40 to Azul Works, Inc.
