基金交易经手费下调 支持资本市场利好政策加码

　　基金交易费指基金在进行证券交易时所发生的相关交易费用。我国证券投资基金的交易费用主要包括印花税、交易佣金、过户费、经手费、证管费等，交易佣金由券商按成交金额的一定比例收取，印花税、过户费、经手费、证管费等则由登记公司或交易所按有关规定收取。 　　近年来，沪深证券交易所认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院有关减税降费政策部署，切实降低市场参与成本，以激发市场活力。早在2015年8月，深交所已将证券投资基金交易经手费由按成交金额0.0975‰双边收取，调整为按成交金额0.0487‰双边收取；在此基础上，此次再次下调。今年6月初，上交所还进一步暂免收取全部新上市公司的上市初费，下调总股本8亿股（含）以下上市公司上市费用。 　　虽然此次下调基金交易经手费幅度不大，但不少投资者认为，此举具有象征意义
