MANILA Another vital government service needed by the fast-increasing number of residents of Novaliches, Quezon City will be available soon at the Novaliches District Center (NDC) in Jordan Plains subdivision, Barangay Santa Monica. Belmonte, in line with the city government's "Kasama Ka Sa Pag-Unlad" (you are a partner in progress) program, has ordered the setting up of a branch of the QC Civil Registry Office at the 40-year-old NDC or mini-city hall. He said the proposed new office will provide civil registry documents such as birth, baptismal, death and marriage certificates to the local residents so that they will not need to travel about 16 kilometers from Novaliches to the main city hall in Diliman.
