ClubSwan, the high-performance division of Finnish shipbuilders Nautorâs Swan, have developed a new super maxi yacht, the 38.1-metre
Clubswan 125, set to be the fastest mono-hull sailing yacht in the world.
With recent successes with their smaller
Clubswan 36, 20 units of which have already been sold, and the first hull of the new
ClubSwan 80 currently under construction at Persico Marine,
ClubSwan 125 is set to be very successful. The vessel, allegedly âthe most advanced and radial maxi yacht in sailing historyâ, will be ready to launch in June.

Photo: Nautor s SwanThe brief for the ClubSwan 80 was to create a maxi yacht for real-time racing: identical yachts, modern, fast and fun to compete with the same equivalent features, relying on the owner’s abilities at the helm. Another important aspect of the brief is that the owner can benefit from controlled running costs and a carbon hull engineered by Pure for optimum control while racing.
Nautor’s Swan has worked alongside strategic partners Persico Marine and an expert design team that includes project manager, Vittorio Volonté and engineer Giovanni Belgrano.
