That includes Binga s Stadium, who opened their Portland location in 2009 with the idea of being close to sporting events and concerts at the Cross Insurance Arena as well as being the predominant place to go when big sporting events were only on TV. With both of those things in question at the moment, Binga s has decided that they need to move their restaurant/bar to Forest Avenue to do what s best for business.
