The Acquisition and Resources Council of Florida Forever will hear a proposal to conserve part of the English property on Friday, June 9th at 9 a.m. at the Douglass Building. The property has been rezoned for commercial and residential mixed-use development.
The Tallahassee City Commission voted unanimously to approve a 494-acre expansion on a planned unit development (PUD) that would see new homes built on a privately-owned property in South Tallahassee. The expansion brings the total PUD to 744 acres.
