• Marcio Cirino has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Retail Lending at Rollstone Bank & Trust. He has been with RBT since 2011 and in Retail Lending since 2014. As a Credit Officer since 2017, Cirino’s knowledge and leadership skills have continued to develop, and are an asset to the department’s achievements. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University.
• Ellen Coughlin was promoted to the position of Vice President, Human Resources and Development. For the last five years, Coughlin was the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, but has been with the organization for 17 years. She will be responsible for all the Human Resources functions, development and training and will become a member of the Senior Management Team reporting to President and CEO Barbara Mahoney.

GARDNER The GFA Federal Credit Union board of directors has announced the selection of Joshua I. Brier as the credit union’s next president and CEO following a national search.
After serving as the credit union’s president and CEO since 2009, Tina M. Sbrega recently announced her retirement effective April 2. Brier has served as GFA’s executive vice president and chief operating officer for more than two years. He will be the 5th president and CEO of GFA Federal Credit Union, which has been in existence since 1938.
Joshua Brier, GFA Federal Credit Union’s executive vice president and chief operating officer has been named the company’s next president and CEO, the Gardner credit union announced on Tuesday.

The Rangeley Lakes Chamber of Commerce held its annual meeting Jan. 27. The meeting was conducted via Zoom because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the meeting Margery Jamison announced the annual election results. Joanne Dunlap, who served on the executive board as president in 2020, was reelected to another one-year term as chamber president, according to a news release from the chamber.
