An eight-strong consortium of housing associations is seeking contractors to build residential schemes across the North of England.
The Cutting Edge Framework has an estimated total value of £625m and is expected to run for four years.
The consortium is led by Liverpool-based Riverside Group, and also includes the Regenda Group, Salix Homes, Together Housing Group, Onward Living, Progress Housing Group, Magenta Living, and Irwell Valley Homes.
Under the terms of the framework, contractors can bid for a place on regional lots for a chance to be selected for individual projects worth up to £5.5m.
Works that could be procured through the framework include the construction of homes, refurbishment of existing properties, urban regeneration, and demolition and site remediation.
