The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for Bengaluru and rainfall along with thunderstorms have been predicted. Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai visited flood-hit areas of the city today.
Bangaloreans heaved a sigh of relief on Wednesday as rain water receded from flooded areas of the city and waterlogging was cleared over night. The India Meteorological Department has sounded an orange alert for the urban and rural parts of the city and has predicted more rainfall.
