The company eyes a rental revenue of Rs 700 crore with the upcoming developments. In FY25 the company plans to add 2 msf of managed working spaces with a potential revenue of Rs 1,000 crore in Bengaluru.
Delayed by about three years, the project Shriram Summitt developed by Shriram Properties was supposed to be handed over in 2019. The Authority rejected appeals by the developer that the delays had been caused by COVID-19
The Authority has directed the association to be registered under Karnataka Cooperative Societies Act 1959 in order to take over completion of the project
