The General Department of Taxation (GDT) and the General Department of Customs and Excise (GDCE) have sent their joint working groups to disseminate the obligations of labelling new versions of stamps on tobacco products to vendors at traditional markets, marts, distribution depots, wholesalers and retailers countrywide, said a press statement.
