WATER Minister Jumaa Aweso has appointed Eng Sospeter Lutonja as new manager for Morogoro Region Rural and Urban Water and Sanitation Authority (RUWASA) after displaying his efforts in implementing water projects in the region.
MOROGORO regional commissioner, Fatma Mwasa has hailed President Samia Suluhu Hassan for approving a total of 267bn/- so as to facilitate implementation of water projects in various areas in the region.
