A limited liability company led by the owner of Enfield-based Powder Hollow Brewery recently purchased a 19,760-square-foot light industrial building in South Windsor.
PHB Headquarters LLC paid $800,000 for a 50-year-old building on 1.1 acres at 46 Schweir Road in South Windsor in a sale recorded by the town on April 4, land records show.
The principal of PBH Headquarters LLC – Powder Hollow Brewery owner Michael Mcmanus – said Wednesday he is not yet ready to talk about his plans for the building.
