Our neighbors to the excuse me our neighbors to well, it depends which way youre going around the globe. But our canadian friends the icebreaker capacity that they have are six. But its not just the arctic nations that have arctic capacity through their icebreakers its nations like china. Mr. President , think how far away china is from the arctic.
