Students can apply for a Blair Hamilton Student Scholarship to attend a full day of Better Buildings by Design Conference (BBD) this April 5th and 6th. BBD is one of the region’s premier building performance conferences which draws hundreds of clean energy industry partners each year. The scholarship is named for the co-founder of VEIC, the Vermont-based nonprofit that operates Efficiency Vermont. Blair Hamilton passed away in 2011. During
