EDWARDSVILLE Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s University Marketing and Communications Department received 11 awards in the 36th annual Educational Advertising Awards.
The Educational Advertising Awards is the largest, oldest and most respected educational advertising awards competition in the country. This year more than 2,000 entries were received from more than 1,000 colleges, universities and secondary schools.
SIUE’s awards included:

Camden Conference and Scarborough Public Library partner to offer virtual programs

The Schooner in Winter Quarters, 1927-28, is a gift of Donald and Miriam MacMillan to the Peary-MacMillan Arctic Museum, Bowdoin College. The Arctic is the topic of this year’s Camden Conference, which is partnering with the Scarborough Public Library to provide a series of online lectures.

The Scarborough Public Library partners each year with the Camden Conference to bring a series of original programs to the community in anticipation of the annual conference held in February. Virtual talks related to the 2021 Camden Conference theme, The Geopolitics of the Arctic: A Region in Peril, feature three esteemed speakers.
