Orbán Meets Pfizer-BioNTech Vaccine Creator Karikó
Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has met Hungarian-born biochemist Katalin Karikó, the inventor of the technology enabling the development of vaccines based on synthetic mRNA, Orbán’s press chief told MTI.
At the meeting in his office in Budapest on Thursday morning, Orbán expressed his appreciation to Karikó for her research work and achievements, Bertalan Havasi said.
