花蓮刑大4月份破獲非法槍械製造工廠及販賣槍械案，經查25歲花姓主嫌涉嫌非法製造獵槍，並以每把1萬元販售給不特定人士，牟取不法利益，全案已涉嫌違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例罪嫌解送花蓮地檢署偵辦，經檢察官向法院聲押獲准，並向上溯源持續追查。
花蓮刑大副大隊長韓修愛指出，經溯源追查發現，來源來自於萬華區的劉姓藥師，待近日布線蒐證完備後，27日降級後即在28日持搜索票，前往其位在萬華區的藥局及文山區的住所，並查獲一包可疑大麻毒品，約1.06公克、1枝模擬槍及15支管制鏢刀等違禁物。
韓修愛說，針對大麻部分，已依涉嫌違反毒品防制條例移送台北地檢署偵辦，模擬槍及管制鏢刀等違禁物，則待鑑定結果出爐後，移送管轄地檢署
