Sonic Mania Green Hill Zone set passed all of the tests. It will apparently appear in stores in June 2021 for Sonic’s 30th anniversary.

Sonic Mania set offered more details. The project was originally posted in February 2019. Over the years, it was adjusted and redesigned. For example, as the artist pointed out, the Green Hill Zone elements were redesigned during the project’s lifespan. Also, both Heavy Magician and Heavy Gunner were added. Grannell’s design even offers an Encore Build option.
