WE ALL LOVE Tex-Mex. But we canât all cook itâat least, not as well as places like Sylviaâs Enchilada Kitchen.
But all is not lost! On July 31, Sylviaâs Enchilada Kitchens owner Sylvia Casares will be teaching a class on Tex-Mex appetizers at her Eldridge Parkway location from 1â4 p.m.
For $65, attendees will receive the class, all materials, and a meal at Sylviaâs.Â
âSylvia will be showing the step-by-step ways to making flautas, chile con queso, picamole, ceviche, avocado salsa, and roasted tomato salsa,â according to a press release. âAll are perfect for summer entertaining or just casual afternoons with family out of the heat.â
