High school seniors are invited to the University of Louisiana Monroe School of Visual and Performing Arts’ first spring Audition Day on Friday, February 16, 2024. This is the school’s first spring audition day for high school seniors interested in receiving scholarship money to participate in musical ensembles, both as music majors and non-music majors.
The University of Louisiana Monroe is thrilled to be hosting The Louisiana Clarinet Symposium on January 20. The Louisiana Clarinet Symposium consists of five of the smaller, regional universities in Louisiana to offer a pedagogical opportunity focused on the clarinet and clarinet playing.
The University of Louisiana Monroe School of Visual and Performing Arts will hold Brass Day on January 19, 2024. This free annual event for all middle and high school brass musicians will include performances, exhibits, and educational clinics. This event is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experts and hear high-quality brass musicianship.
The University of Louisiana Monroe School of Visual and Performing Arts is excited to present the ULM Percussion Ensemble in concert on November 6 at 7:30 pm. The concert will be held in the Emy-Lou Biedenharn Recital Hall on ULM’s campus.
