Chichester Police are now appealing for witnesses as officers look to establish the circumstances surrounding the confrontation. Tensions flared between the trio at the junction of Monk s Hill and Emsworth Common Road, between Emsworth and Chichester. A Chichester Police spokesman said: We are seeking witnesses to an incident at about 3pm on Tuesday, March 2. An altercation took place between two males in a white van and a male driving a Land Rover. Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting 0730.
