LATHAM, N.Y. – The 44th annual Empire State Winter Games (ESWG) torch relay visited Latham, N.Y. Wednesday on its route to Lake Placid, N.Y. in time for the Games’ opening ceremony. Titled “Then and Now,” the ceremony is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. in Lake Placid Olympic Center’s 1980 Herb Brooks Arena.
