Duo shortlisted for Turner Prize after convincing Tate to drop farmed salmon from menus

Duo shortlisted for Turner Prize after convincing Tate to drop farmed salmon from menus Robert Dex A pair of radical food scientists have been shortlisted for the Turner Prize after convincing Tate Gallerybosses to drop farmed salmon from its menus.
