Tioga and Vernon Downs will again host the $1 million (est.) Empire Breeders Classic for New York-sired three-year-old pacers and trotters this summer.
The Empire Breeders Classic (EBC) conditions require that owners of stallions registered in the state of New York that bred mares in 2021 must make the stallion nomination payment for their foals of 2022 to race as three-year-olds in the 2025 EBC by March 15, 2023.
