Based on the Facebook post of the pantry organizer, Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Cupang, the soju was donated to them.
Manila Bulletin has sought the official statements of SK Cupang and of the city government but they have yet to reply.
The SK Cupang brought its Zero Waste Community Pantry to Purok 6, Zone 8; then to La Unica Hija III and Purok 2, Zone 8 in Barangay Cupang. It encouraged those who would like to avail themselves of free items to bring their own eco-bags for dry goods and bottles for the condiments.
